1. 30-Day Return Policy

You can return your product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund or exchange, provided:

The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
You have proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt)

2. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, email sales@robotrockvacum.com with:

Your full name
Order number
Reason for return
Photos of the item (if defective or damaged)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

We’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. 2-Year Limited Warranty

All robotic vacuum cleaners purchased from RobotRockVacum.com include a 2-year warranty covering:

Manufacturing defects
Mechanical failures under normal use

Warranty does not cover:

Damage due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs
Consumable parts (e.g., brushes, filters) unless defective on arrival

6. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns on:

Products returned after 30 days
Used or damaged items (unless defective)
Sale or promotional items
Gift cards
